The Manpower Group Recruitment Agency is hiring for one of its clients, an Industrial Facility Coordinator (m/f/x).

A few words about our client: It is a renowned international industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying parts for the automotive industry.

Job Description:

As part of industrial building maintenance, you will conduct regular technical inspections, intervene for repairs of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You will organize and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure good working conditions in the premises and compliance with safety and environmental standards. For major repairs and renovation projects, you will coordinate external companies. You will record maintenance, repair, and safety inspection achievements in software.

Required Profile:

  • Experience in maintenance of office or industrial buildings.

  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.

  • Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, etc.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, good communication, and teamwork skills.
