**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge
**Your Role
- Prompt recording of daytoday client requests;
- Collecting and recording all required information/documents;
- Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion;
- Sorting and scanning incoming postmail and preparing outgoing postmail
- Assisting team with special tasks
While:
- Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations;
- Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines;
- Upholding Quality standards.
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance
- Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general
- You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role
- Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients
- Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written
- Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problemsolving capabilities
- Willing to make the extra effort as required
- English must be good/fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German, Swedish) will be an advantage.
