**Mission
**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge ?
The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for:
- Identifying and following up on recruitment needs, KPIs and reports.
- Coordinating with hiring managers and HRBP for the definition of the profiles
- Establishing strong business relationship with the hiring managers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Providing with support and guidance to hiring managers through the hiring process
- Negotiating offer package in coordination with HRBP, hiring managers and top management.
- Setting up and following up on relationships with external providers
- Coordinating with Adem on the status for all the job vacancies
- Contributing to employer branding strategy activities in collaboration with Marketing Department
- Degree in Human Resources Management, International Business or similar and/or relevant professional training
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- You are familiar with the Luxembourgish and international labour market
- You have proven exposure to recruitment within the financial sector.
- You have proven sourcing skills, negotiation skills and experience with recruitment analytics
- You have excellent communication skills, sense of ownership, problemsolving and solutionoriented mindset
- You are proactive and capable to identify and implement improvements in your area of expertise
- You are service oriented and capable to manage demanding expectations
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
- You are collaborative and add value as a team member
- You have a good command of Microsoft package, Outlook and other basic business software
- You are fluent in English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
