**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge

As HR Intern you will integrate our dynamic team and you will have the chance to work with all the colleagues by providing support on their scopes.

This will allow you to gain a proper overview of the HR functions within a multinational organization.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • System checks to ensure data accuracy
  • Management of the onboarding and offboarding of our employees
  • Job posting support
  • Procedures database review
  • KPI's standardization
  • Project Management & Business Analysis of our Time Management System
  • Providers contracts database review and organization
  • Employee files (physical and electronic) review and improvement
  • Compliance and GDPR Checks
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our HR Intern?

  • You are student of a Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business Management, International Business or similar
  • You show to be structured and to have good organization skills
  • We look to find on you a continuous improvement mindset and a problem solving approach
  • You are a flexible team player with good communication an interpersonal skills
  • You can work autonomously
  • You are fluent in English and French. Any other European language will be consider as an asset.
