Lending Services Intern
- Description de la fonction_
En tant que Lending Services Intern, vous intégrerez un département de 19 personnes composé des équipes « Personal Lending Services » et « Business Lending Services ».
Le département « Lending Services » au sein d’ING Luxembourg assure principalement les missions suivantes:
- Prise en charge et responsabilité finale de l’exécution opérationnelle des différents types de crédits offerts à la clientèle ;
- Objectif de fournir un service rapide et de qualité irréprochable à nos clients internes et externes ;
- Culture d’amélioration permanente des processus ;
- Aide et soutien à l’ensemble des métiers de la Banque en ce qui concerne l’exécution opérationnelle des crédits ;
- Validation de reportings réglementaires et fonctionnels. (CSSF, Sox,.) ;
- Prise en charge et/ou participation active aux différents projets ayant un impact sur l’activité crédits, que ces projets soient initiés par le département Lending Services, par un autre département de la Banque, à la réception de nouvelles exigences CSSF, Sox,.
Votre mission principale:
- Prendre en charge la gestion opérationnelle complète de dossiers crédits.
Vos principales tâches:
- Traiter les demandes à présenter aux instances de décision ;
- Rédiger la documentation contractuelle et toute la correspondance adéquate ;
- Procéder à la mise en place des crédits ;
- Réaliser l’ensemble des comptabilisations et suivis nécessaires jusqu’au remboursement des crédits ;
- Tenir rigoureusement à jour les dossiers ;
- Challenger constamment les processus afin de les simplifier tout en maîtrisant le risque opérationnel.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les commerciaux des business lines concernées mais également avec les départements « Risk » (CRM, MRM, Legal,), Bank Treasury ainsi que d’autres départements de support (Client Services, Payment, Finance, IT ).
Vous serez également amené à communiquer régulièrement avec des intervenants externes (ING Group, Facility Agents, Notaires, Compagnies d’assurances, Auditeurs externes,)
- Votre profil_
- Formation_:
- Minimum BAC +3 en économie/finance ou diplôme équivalent.
- Expérience_:
- Une première expérience dans une fonction similaire sera considérée comme un avantage.
- Compétences_:
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse, de jugement et de communication ;
- Rigueur administrative et excellente organisation notamment dans la gestion des priorités ;
- Esprit d'initiative et potentiel d’autonomie dans le travail ;
- Grande motivation d’apprentissage et d’engagement dans la fonction ;
- Flexibilité et proactivité dans la prise en charge des dossiers ;
- Importante orientation client et aptitudes confirmées pour le travail en équipe.
- Langues_:
- La maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais sont indispensables.
