Your future team :
We are currently looking for an intern who will integrate our dynamic Finance department for a role in the HR Analytics & Reporting team. Work closely with key stakeholders in Finance, HR and other departments.
Duration : 6 months ideally – Start September/October 2024.
Your next challenge:
- Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports on a regular basis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and KPIs.
- Enhance data quality on all HR and Finance Systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Support day to day activities involving HR & People data analysis, identify trends, draw useful conclusions, and recommend solutions.
- Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of forecast & budget exercices.
- Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS.
- Participate in HR & Finance projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including HR system updates, process improvements, and automation.
- Support continuous innovation by contributing to the improvement of our HR and Finance processes.
We are looking for :
- You are about to finish your Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme (preferably in Business Administration or HR).
- Analytical mind-set and strong attentional to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses.
- Ease in data manipulation and familiarity with Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
- Great team player with positive attitude in a challenging environment.
- Interest in human resource practices and data-driven decision making.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Fluency in French and English
