Compensation & Benefits, Budget and HR Analytics

**Your tasks**:
You are responsible for drawing up a remuneration policy, guaranteeing fair and accurate remuneration, including regular salaries, bonuses, pensions and all other types of fringe benefits. Your scope also includes management of the organisation's FTE budget, as well as ad hoc reporting and maintenance of the IT tool (SuccessFactors/SAP). Through your action, you contribute to the attractiveness and retention of talents.
Full ownership of the entire monthly payroll process for all our group’s entities in close collaboration with our external payroll provider. In this respect, you will:
- Ensure the quality of our payroll data and that salaries are processed and paid in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Provide regular payroll reports including accounting reconciliation documents (also covering any Group request)
- Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all payroll related matters. As such, you are in charge of audits, including tax controls
- When possible, harmonise process across locations (close to IT, Finance, )
- Advise your internal clients (staff members, HRBPs, managers, etc.) on various pay topics (e.g. social security, tax, split payroll, etc.) and respond to all inquiries relating to (update stake holders & employees on changes social security, taxes,)
Efficient management of various benefits schemes (company car, complementary health insurance, pension scheme, etc.), regarding/respecting all local requirements:
- Calculation of the benefit-in kind and maintaining the data on HRIS system
- Harmonisation and optimisation of the benefits in all countries
- Point of contact for employees and external providers
Set up and monitor the FTE budget and be the sole source of Short & Long Term incentive plans:
- Set up of an harmonised bonus plan, in line with benchmarks, appraisal process
- Management of LTIP's
- Reporting on key HR metrics & HR dashboard/set up and follow up of relevant KPI
- Create and keep a set of standard reports updated, based on local & group management needs
- Active participation to various Compensation & Benefits projects (design of the IT tools for example)
- Provide recommendations to the HR VP and CMT on compensation and benefit strategy and long term attractiveness of RTL AdAlliance
**Your profile**:
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Work with large amounts of datas (facts, figures and numbers)
- Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel in particular) and SuccessFactors/SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player
- Work in an autonomous way
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and pay attention to details
- Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
- Client oriented, proactive and creative, able to propose solutions
- Fluent in English and French. Speaking German is an asset
