We are searching for our client, a global IT company, ServiceNow Support / Administrator to join their business in Luxembourg City.

Requirements
Overall, 6 years of experience in ServiceNow
Experience with managing complex ServiceNow environments including modules such as ITSM or ITOM or CSM etc.
Experience working with on-premises or SaaS ServiceNow instances
Experience in troubleshooting common issues faced with the platform
Experience in taking handovers from development teams for functionalities to be deployed to Production
Experience in update set management and ServiceNow deployment processes
Experience in performing minor enhancements and development on the platform on already deployed functionality
Certifications: CSA, CAD
English fluent, French desired
