For trabajo.org Premium purchases, OINK TECH INTELLIGENCE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (Tax ID B75305177) is the seller and an independent controller for the processing required for charges, invoicing, tax, cancellations, refunds, fraud prevention, and payment disputes. Contact: soporte@trabajo.org.

Data We Process

We may process account data such as email, name, country, language, Google identifier when you use Google Sign-In, saved jobs, alerts, applications, preferences, account activity, cookies, IP address, user agent, and technical security data. For Premium services, Stripe processes payment data and tells us subscription status.

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain sessions, save jobs, create alerts, record applications or external clicks, manage Premium, prevent fraud, improve the experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing And Third Parties

We may share strictly necessary data between BEBEE PLATFORM SL and OINK TECH INTELLIGENCE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA to provide and administer Premium. Stripe processes payment data; each provider also applies its own policy when acting as an independent controller. We also use infrastructure, email, analytics, authentication, and external job providers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account or alert remains active and for the periods needed for security, audit, legal obligations, claims, or abuse prevention.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by writing to info@trabajo.org. You can also manage alerts, preferences, and sessions from your account when available.

Advertising

OINK TECH INTELLIGENCE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA operates trabajo.org advertising and receives advertising payments. When consent and internal eligibility controls allow it, Google may act as the advertising provider and process technical data under its own policies. We do not make ad requests without advertising consent.
