Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for ServiceNow API & Integration Expert on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow API & Integration Expert with strong expertise in designing, developing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
The consultant will work directly with customer business and technical teams to understand integration requirements, design suitable solutions and implement reliable ServiceNow interfaces.
Responsibilities
Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations.
Configure and support inbound and outbound ServiceNow integrations.
Develop ServiceNow scripts and integration components.
Perform API troubleshooting, debugging, testing and production support.
Work with authentication, authorization and secure API integration requirements.
Support data mapping, transformation and validation between ServiceNow and external platforms.
Configure and utilize IntegrationHub where applicable.
Work with MID Server-based integrations where required.
Analyze existing interfaces and recommend improvements.
Participate in customer workshops and solution-design discussions.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security and development teams.
Produce technical/interface documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Communicate effectively with French-speaking customer stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications:
7–8 years of ServiceNow experience, including strong ServiceNow integration experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
Scripted REST APIs
ServiceNow Web Services
IntegrationHub
JavaScript / server-side scripting
Business Rules
Script Includes
Import Sets and Transform Maps
Experience with inbound and outbound ServiceNow integrations.
Good understanding of API authentication and integration security.
Ability to troubleshoot API errors and integration failures.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise/external applications.
Good understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Strong customer-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently conduct technical discussions with the end customer.
Professional working proficiency in French is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English.
Good to Have:
CMDB/CSDM integration experience.
ServiceNow IntegrationHub experience.
MID Server experience.
ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certification.
ITIL certification.
