Our **Delta Technology** team is looking for Junior - Business Consultant to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The J**unior - Business Consultan**t will have the following responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day activities related to **Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management**, with a strong focus on DORA compliance.
- Support **process and project management** activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate and assist in the **risk assessments** of the outsourcing portfolio.
- Maintain and update key documentation, including procedures, outsourcing portfolio, register of information, and internal control systems.
- Perform **quality control** checks on key deliverables (e.g., outsourcing portfolio, procedures, internal control system).
- Assist in the **roll-out and review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** for outsourcing and third-party risk management.
- Prepare and update **management reports** related to outsourcing and third-party risk management.

The Junior - Business Consultant will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Digital Fund Industry club. As a consultant, the Junior - Business Consultant will support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Up to 2 years of experience** in business consulting, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to **interpret data and provide actionable insights**.
- **Familiarity with DORA** (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and its impact on outsourcing and third-party risk management.
- Excellent **process and project management** skills.
- Strong **communication and collaboration** abilities to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and various departments.
- Hands-on experience in **monitoring, managing, and overseeing third-party risks**.
- Degree in **Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.**:

- English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage.
