Notre équipe **Delta Technologies **recherche un Consultant Junior - Développeur Pega pour apporter son aide pour un de nos clients qui est un acteur majeur dans l’industrie des fonds.

Les missions qui seront confiées au Consultant Junior - Développeur Pega sont:

- Revoir l'**architecture existante** et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les performances et la robustesse des solutions.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour les **faire monter en compétences** sur Pega et apporter un accompagnement technique à long terme.
- Garantir la conformité des solutions aux **bonnes pratiques** Pega et aux besoins métiers.

Le Consultant Junior - Développeur Pega aura également la responsabilité de participer à la tribu de développement de Delta, de soutenir et de gérer les initiatives des activités de développement de Delta.

En tant que consultant technologique, le Consultant Junior - Développeur Pega agira en tant que ‘’Subject Matter Expert’’ pour soutenir d'autres collègues en cas de besoin d'expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Expérience significative sur Pega, de plus de trois ans idéalement sur la dernière version de la plateforme Pega Cloud.
- Expertise ou expérience avec le module KYC est un plus.
- Une certification LSA (Lead System Architect) est souhaitée, mais pas obligatoire.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, à communiquer efficacement et à intégrer des environnements existants.
- Compétence en architecture logicielle et en gestion de projets techniques.
- Motivation pour accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences.
- Être titulaire d'un **diplôme en informatique** ou dans un domaine connexe.
- **L’anglais et le français sont obligatoires, **une langue supplémentaire est considérée comme un avantage.
