Our client is currently looking for a Senior Transfer Agent, to complete his team. You want to develop your knowledge and your skills in an inclusive environment? You want to work in a well-known and international group to grow professionally and personally? This offer is definitely for you.
Your Main responsibilities:
- You will have to manage, review and validate the relevant documents to be compliant with the applicable regulation for the Transfer agency in Luxembourg
- Ensure that client files are kept up to date and ensure a professional follow-up
- Manage the documentation required by the CSSF and Luxembourg law for Transfer Agency
- In your day-to-day tasks you may also be involved in periodic audits, risk sample checks and compliance checks
- Demonstrate a deep initiative mindset
Your Profile:
- You have at least two years experience in a similar role in PSFs
- You have previous exposure to private equity and real estate funds in a Luxembourg Transfer Agency
- You are totally fluent in English. French and/or German would be an asset
- You will have an excellent understanding of the Luxembourg transfer agency regulations for investment funds
