As a Transfer Agent, you’ll be responsible for the accurate processing of investment transactions while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Your organizational skills and expertise in alternative investment funds will be key to ensuring smooth and efficient fund operations.
**Description**
Order Processing:
- Accurately receive and execute investor orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
- Manage and reconcile transaction payments within established cut-off times
Operational Management:
- Process capital calls and dividend distributions, ensuring timely communication with investors
- Monitor and follow up on all incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and adherence to daily deadlines
Client and Team Collaboration:
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain effective follow-up on transactions to guarantee seamless processing
- Serve as a resource of expertise and provide support to colleagues as needed
**Profile**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency or fund administration
- Strong knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds, especially PE and Real Estate
- Familiar with Luxembourg fund regulations
- Solid understanding of Transfer Agency operations
- Fluent in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
