Are you a dynamic HR professional with experience in recruitment, training, and HR administration in Luxembourg looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?
I am seeking for a talented HR Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing fiduciary in Luxembourg Cloche d'Or.
The structure is composed of about 40 employees, divided into different departments (compliance, accounting, legal).
As a member of the HR team, you will support the delivery of a full range of HR Services to the management and employees.
**Key responsibilities**:
Leading full cycle of open recruitment ;
Organizing and coordinating training ;
Assisting in ad hoc queries from management and/or staff ;
Adapting processes, policies, and procedures from the Group to local requirements ;
Performing HR administration-related tasks for our offices in Luxembourg ;
Preparing internal and external reporting ;
Preparing documents about the entry/exit of employees, such as contracts of employment, addendums, etc ;
Ensuring HR database and Time Management System entries are promptly inputted.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in HR-related field ;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an HR Generalist or in Recruitment in a fiduciary or service provider in Luxembourg ;
A previous experience in training organization and management is a plus ;
Strong knowledge of recruitment procedures, Luxembourgish payroll, Luxembourgish Labour Legislation, and the Luxembourgish Social Security System ;
Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory ;
Proficient in using MS Office Package ;
Being fluent in English, and French is a strong asset.
