**Established in Geneva in 1964, this compagny is one of Europe’s largest wealth management companies.** **With more than 50 years’ experience in managing portfolios, the Group offers discretionary portfolio management, investment funds and management company services.** **Its values Diversity and Inclusion are committed to realizing the firm’s D&Is ambitions, which are an integral part of its global cultural value.** **Cash Flow Oversight (50%)** - **Review, reconciliation and approval of the fees (Management fees / Performance fees) calculated by the fund Administrators** - **Calculation of the Advisory / Business Introducer / External Investment Manager / Distributor fees** **- Liaise with counterparties for approval and payment of the fees - Review of the invoices to be paid by NSP**E** - **Update of the cash flow monitoring tools (cash flow tables)** - **Reconciliation and control of the revenues** - **Control the inflows related to the ancilllary services charged to the funds. Update the related control fil**e** - **Daily control of bank movements and banks statements** - **Daily encoding of the Liquidity excel file for common check with the Fund Oversight Team** - **Invoice reception and payment** - **Issue invoices for the funds, business introducers and other counterparties. Control and verify when invoices have been paid and file them** - **Control the reception of payments from private clients. Update the control file.** **Filling** - **Update all quarterly fees received linked to all discretionary management contracts** - **Support the external Accounting Firm** - **Support Compliance with audit/tax missions** - **Branches invoices control and instruction of payments (business expenses, suppliers, business introducers, etc.)** - **Control of the tickets of the cash-box and Visa cards** **Financial Statement review (50%)** - **Liaise with Accounting Firm regarding the preparation of the quarterly accounting situation** - **Calculation of the quarterly accruals** - **Control of the quarterly financial statements** - **Quarterly CSSF Reporting** - **Liaise with Geneva for accounting questions and issues** - **Reconciliation between quarterly accounting situation and follow-up table** - **Prepare of reporting analysis (profitability table and cost analysis)** - **Liaise with Geneva for reconciliation with the estimates** - **Update of the dashboard** - **Prepare the Analytical Review for Board meetings, Partners’ meetings and on ad-hoc basis** - **Liaise with NSE Milan and NSE Madrid accounting firms for year-end financial statements preparation and on "ad hoc" basis.** **5+ years of experience more mid-career to Senior.** **Previous experience in a Management company or AIFM, Asset manager will be appreciated.** **Expected**: - **5+ years of experience more mid-career to Senior.**: - **experience in Luxembourg
