Calling all Agile enthusiasts with a knack for herding cats We need a Junior Scrum Master extraordinaire who can rock the SAFe 6.0 boat and steer our Agile teams towards victory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Master of Ceremonies**: Lead the Agile squad through the wacky world of SAFe 6.0 rituals like a pro From Daily Stand-ups to Sprint Reviews, you'll be the maestro ensuring everyone's dancing to the Agile beat.
- ** SAFe Superstar**: Dive into the SAFe pool headfirst, making a splash at ceremonies like PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums. Rub shoulders with RTEs and Product Owners to keep the program ship sailing smoothly.
- ** Communication Maestro**: Break down barriers and build bridges between team members and stakeholders. You'll be the Agile gossip columnist, spreading news faster than a wildfire (in a good way).
- ** Blocker Buster**: Don your cape and tights to rescue sprints from the clutches of impediments Team up with other Scrum Masters to fight the evil forces of cross-team dependencies. ‍ ️
- ** Productivity Wizard**: Unleash your magic wand of Agile best practices to boost team performance. Dive into the data ocean to uncover treasures of improvement opportunities ‍ ️
- ** Agile Sensei**: Mentor and coach your Agile apprentices in the ways of Scrum and self-organization. Help them become Agile ninjas, slicing through tasks with precision and agility.
- ** Goal Getter**: Team up with Product Owners and stakeholders to score goals that would make Messi jealous. Aim for the stars while keeping your feet firmly on the Agile ground

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is your golden ticket to this adventure
- Experience:

- 1-2 years of mastering the art of Scrum, preferably in a SAFe environment. Show us your ninja skills
- Proven experience in the wild world of software development or IT environments, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles. Be the Agile superhero we need ‍ ️
- Certifications: You must be a Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) to unlock this level. Additional Agile certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) are like power-ups

**Skills**:

- Understanding of SAFe 6.0 principles, roles, and artifacts. Know the rules of the game
- Facilitation, organizational, and communication skills. Your superpowers to lead the team
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams. Embrace the diversity
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms. Your tech-savvy sidekick ️

**Soft Skills**:

**Requirements**:
