Responsible for CTB initiatives as a a senior IT Project Manager role with experience in managing large scale projects and program management.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Coaching and supporting their agile team members to grow and succeed
- Fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
- Facilitating the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team(s)
- Engaging in the agile spirit and mindset
- Role modelling and enabling the JB agile behaviours, providing a psychologically safe environment which promotes transparency and constructive challenge
- Supporting their Agile team(s) evolution into high performing team(s)
- Encourages the agile team to self-organise and self-manage
- Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team(s)
- Helps agile team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an effective manner
- Engages with the JB Agile Coaches, leadership and the Community of Practice (CoP) to drive increasing agile maturity and encourage and empower the agile team(s)
- Proactively removes obstacles and impediments for the team
- Resolves conflicts and issues within the agile team
- Enables organisational effectiveness, continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and feedback culture
- Represents the team in the Scrum of Scrums with additional agile team members as appropriate
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Several years of work experience in the financial industry
- Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions
- Very good understanding of software lifecycle and its operational management
- Extended experience in Agile delivery methodology, stakeholder Management, Training & workshop management, Ability to visualise
- Experience in facilitation, coaching, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and other common agile collaboration tools
- Strong team player with leadership skills, self-driven, independent working abilities, hands-on mentality, comfortable with driving and managing change
- Excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills
- Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management
- High level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
