**We are currently seeking a **Junior Scrum Master** with experience in **SAFe 6.0** to join a high-impact Agile team dedicated to delivering critical services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.As a **Scrum Master**, you will be a servant leader, coach, and facilitator — empowering the team, championing Agile values, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll guide teams through SAFe ceremonies, support cross-team coordination, and help remove roadblocks to keep everything running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

- **Facilitate Agile Ceremonies** (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure alignment with **SAFe 6.0** practices and participate in **PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums**:
- Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, improving **communication and visibility**:
- Identify and **remove impediments**, manage **dependencies** with other teams
- **Coach team members** in Agile practices and foster a culture of transparency and self-organization
- Promote **data-driven improvement** using metrics like velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow
- Support program-level alignment and help drive **organizational Agile maturity**
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master (ideally in a SAFe environment)
- Certified **SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM)** - required
- Additional certifications like **CSM** or **CSP** are a plus
- Solid understanding of Agile and Lean principles
- Familiarity with tools such as **Jira, Rally**, or similar platforms
- **Citizenship Requirement**: EU citizens only
- **Languages**: Fluency in English required; other European languages are a plus
- Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
- A mindset centered on **empathy, adaptability, and problem-solving**

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
