**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Acting as a servant leader, coaching and guiding the Agile team(s) in their Agile journey, while fostering a culture of high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement.
- Supporting the Agile team(s) evolution into high performing team(s).
- Coaching, mentoring and empowering the Agile team(s) to self-organize, collaborate, take ownership, prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality solutions and value in an effective manner within tight timelines.
- Facilitating the cadence, events and artefacts across the Agile team(s).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owner(s) and Agile team(s) to establish clear goals, priorities and a shared understanding of requirements.
- Identifying and proactively removing obstacles, impediments for the Agile team(s) and helping with conflict resolution.
- Driving the adoption of best practices, metrics and quality standards to optimize team performance, promote learning and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Representing the Agile team(s) in the Scrum of Scrums and other meetings where needed.
- Acting as a change agent and ensuring the Agile team(s) and organization understands the benefits of becoming Agile.
- Role modelling and enabling the JB agile behaviours, providing a psychologically safe environment which promotes transparency, collaboration and constructive challenge.
- Engaging with the JB Agile Coaches, leadership, the Community of Practice (CoP) and organization to share knowledge, experience and ideas for driving increasing agile maturity and empower the Agile team(s) to innovate and deliver value faster.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Scrum Master certification required.
- Strong team player with leadership skills.
- Independent working abilities, hands-on mentality, comfortable with driving and managing change.
- Excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills, with a talent for effectively conveying complex ideas and diffusing tension.
- Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management.
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and high level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes.
