POSTE
**Your missions**:
Collaborate with the Authorized Manager responsible for compliance, providing expert advice and recommendations on various legal, compliance, and regulatory matters to support client-facing teams.
Review and assess Client Onboarding and Ongoing Review files.
Conduct KYC reviews for investors during onboarding and on an ongoing basis within the Transfer Agent business.
Establish and continuously improve compliance-related processes across the firm, including Risk Assessment. This involves developing, updating, and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Perform periodic controls as part of the Controls Monitoring Program, including tasks such as Transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, Worldcheck reviews, and Access controls.
Conduct legal and regulatory research and assist in drafting agreements, templates, resources, and guidance as needed.
Monitor the CSSF Newsletter for relevant updates.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues, incidents, and breaches promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions as required.
Assist in preparing documents for Internal Audit processes and follow-up on recommendations.
PROFIL
**Your profile**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE, CRCM) are preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on the Luxembourg regulatory environment.
Proven understanding of the CSSF regulatory framework, particularly as it applies to the fund industry, whether within a service provider or Management Company.
In-depth knowledge of the AML/TF regulatory environment.
Solid understanding of relevant regulations and directives (e.g., AIFMD, MiFID II, GDPR, SFDR, FATCA/CRS).
Familiarity with funds and Alternative Investment Funds (e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt).
Basic knowledge of commercial or contract law.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong document and formatting skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is advantageous.
