beTax Advisory & Compliance Services S.à r.l. is a member of the “Ordre des Experts-Comptables” and has developed a very diversified client portfolio during the last years, which ranges from real estate and private equity funds with large presence in Luxembourg to commercial and industrial companies located in Luxembourg.

In order to further develop our activities and strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a “**Tax/VAT Compliance Officer**”.

**Job description**:

- Preparation/Review of corporate tax returns, VAT returns and withholding tax returns
- Dealing with correspondence received from the tax/VAT authorities
- Review and commenting of tax/VAT assessments
- Liaising with clients, their external advisers and the Luxembourg tax/VAT authorities
- Assistance in advising clients on direct tax and VAT matters
- You may also, from time to time, be involved in bookkeeping tasks and the preparation of annual accounts.

**Requirements**:

- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax
- A first experience in tax or VAT compliance (or a similar position) in a Luxembourg tax/accounting firm is considered as an asset.
- You have a knowledge of LuxGAAP accounting
- You are fluent in French/German and English, Luxembourgish will be an asset.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are organized, rigorous and methodical in your approach to work, and are able to manage several files autonomously and proactively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Bachelor (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tax/VAT compliance in Luxembourg: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)
- English (required)
- German (preferred)
- Luxembourgish (preferred)
