**TRM-International **are offering an opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join a payments institution which aims to disrupt the banking industry with their advanced FinTech payments solution.
**As a Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for**:
- Provide the AM/MLRO with regular reports on compliance function oversight and management.
- Develop and maintain an effective AML/CTF framework by creating and implementing consistent policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary contact for all AML/KYC team or compliance member escalation issues.
- Perform KYC document reviews during onboarding and continuous due diligence.
- Aid in the investigation and reporting of suspicious transactions and activities.
- Contribute to enhancing organisational processes.
- Assist the Authorised Management with any ad-hoc requests or issues.
- Conduct and supervise staff training.
**To be successful in this role as a Compliance Professional, you should have**:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and/or Finance.
- Previous authorisation by the CSSF as a Compliance Officer would be advantageous.
- Relevant Compliance experience or a proven career in AML/Compliance with an extensive knowledge of related regulatory requirements, particularly in Luxembourg and the EU.
- Possess a strong understanding of either the payment or financial services sectors.
- Fluent in English and either French or German.
