**Job Description**:
Are you a Compliance Officer in an AIFM in Luxembourg, and looking to increase your learning curve by moving into a small office where you will gain broad exposure and report directly to the Conducting Officer?

If you thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment, and have initial knowledge gained in a compliance role over the last 2-3 years, this could be a great opportunity to be trained by hands-on colleagues.

Our client is a successful real estate AIFM. You will work flexibly form their city-centre office, with an international environment. You will have excellent knowledge of AIFMD, experience compliance monitoring, and good knowledge of the regulatory framework.

In this role you will:

- Work with your manager to implement and manage the compliance plan
- Undertake compliance risk assessments
- Be involved in onboarding new clients
- You will assist in preparing the reports to the Executive
- You will provide regulatory guidance based on your regulatory watch
- You will draft new policies and procedures to ensure best practice is maintained.

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Have around 2 - 4 years’ experience working in a compliance role for an AIFM.
- Have strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment
- Be a hands-on worker, a strong team player, and keen to learn
- You will be fluent in English
