We are recruiting for one of our clients, a growing company in the banking sector, seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join their team based in Luxembourg. The CRO will be responsible for the overall management of the company's risk management framework.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Risk Management**: Oversee risk management in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- **Strategic Support**: Provide expert advice to various units within the company.
- **Regulatory Reporting**: Prepare and supervise reports such as ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar III, among others.
- **External Relations**: Act as the main point of contact for the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF) and external auditors.
- **Risk Control**: Identify, manage, monitor, and control risks within the overall risk management framework.
- **ICT and ESG Responsibility**: Supervise ICT and security risks, and be responsible for ESG matters.

**Profile**:

- **Education**: University degree in finance or economics.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years in the banking sector with expertise in risk measurement systems and concepts.
- **Technical Skills**: Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting and proficiency in MS Office.
- **Languages**: English is mandatory; French or Spanish is a plus.
