Quanteam, cabinet de conseil spécialisé en Banque, Finance et Assurance, poursuit son développement à l’international et particulièrement sur le marché luxembourgeois. Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Business Manager confirmé(e) pour piloter et développer un périmètre stratégique au sein de notre bureau au Luxembourg.

Rattaché(e) à Quanteam Benelux, vous accompagnerez le développement de notre activité à Luxembourg avec une forte autonomie. Véritable intrapreneur, vous serez moteur dans la structuration, la croissance et l’animation de votre périmètre.

**Vos**MISSIONS**:
**Business Development**
- Gestion et développement de comptes clients existants dans les secteurs Banque, Finance et Assurance
- Prospection de nouveaux comptes cibles
- Réponse aux appels d’offres
Suivi de votre périmètre économique et pilotage du P&L

**Management**
- Management et accompagnement des consultants en mission
- Coaching et montée en compétence de Business Managers Junior
- Supervision administrative, RH et financière des équipes

**Recrutement**
- Participation active au processus de recrutement (screening, entretiens, closing)
- Contribution à la marque employeur et participation à des événements de networking / école

**Votre**PROFIL**:

- Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, d’ingénieurs ou d’un master universitaire (Bac+5)
- Vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie sur le territoire luxembourgeois en tant que Business Manager ou équivalent, dans un environnement conseil ou ESN
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, structuré(e), avec une forte appétence pour le business et le management
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une vraie capacité à fédérer et faire grandir une équipe
- Vous aspirez à prendre davantage de responsabilités et à incarner un rôle de Business Coach
