- We’re looking for a Business Manager to:
- Analyze and formulate concepts, prepare reports, proposals as well as presentations for senior management
- Ensure professional and systematic top-down communication
- Support senior management in various strategic projects and initiatives
- Support senior management on sustainability, risk and impact related requests
- Drive change management initiatives forward to support the location strategy
- Enthusiastically manage initiatives and monitor progress to ensure a timely implementation
- Facilitate interaction between the departments with regards to the prioritization of requests
- Be enthusiastically involved in our people agenda and staff initiatives

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Country Management Team in Luxembourg. Our team is responsible for various different tasks, such as Branch Governance, Business Management, strategic & ad-hoc projects, internal & external communication, as well as the organization of staff initiatives.

**Your expertise**
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in business management / business development
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and resilience
- Self-motivating and goal-oriented team player, who is eager to take on additional responsibility
- Service-orientation, very good communications skills, attention to detail
- Good analytical skills ideally with project management experience and preferably a flair for numbers
- Highly focused on internal/external clients and stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English. French or any Nordic language would be considered as an advantage
