**Your role**
- Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Are you willing to have an understanding of business processes and how we can help the business become more efficient?

We’re looking for an all-purpose weapon employee being able to cover different types of services as a business manager within Operating Head (OH) organization and more specifically:

- Understand:

- the priorities and strategic goals of the Operating Head from a location and central perspective,
- the location specifics
- how to translate things into actions-
- Coordinate:

- Act as central coordination point between EUD OH streams, local operating head teams and local business units
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and transformation teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.-
- Propose:

- Be force of proposition when it comes to change ideas, automation / AI initiatives, organizational changes or any types of ideas which could help bring the organization and its mission forward.-
- Act:

- Lead ad-hoc and planned process improvement initiatives, including process, reengineering initiatives and integration of ARIS process mapping in the Luxembourg landscape.
- Support transformation projects by identifying synergies, pain points and designing to-be processes with clear roles, responsibilities and tools.
- Drive automation of daily tasks including reporting, data analysis, and RPA initiatives in collaboration with PL Factory.
- Lead efforts to adopt AI adoption and automation deployment across the Operating Head area
- Deliver on Business Manager day-to-day
- Ensure proper reporting to various management bodies is in place and delivered,
- Responsible for events within Operating Head area.**Your team**

**Your expertise**
- Experience in business management, project management and/or cross-functional coordination.
- Understanding of Wealth Management and Asset Servicing business activities
- Show a high level of flexibility / consultant mindset when it comes to tasks, switching focus or project
- Great communication (verbal and putting ideas on paper), stakeholder management and synthetical skills.
- Familiarity with ARIS process modelling, AI freak and automation tools (VBA, Python, Power BI, etc.) is a major plus.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
