HEAD OF MARKET INTEGRITY (M/F) (JOB NUMBER: BGL002650) **Head of Market Integrity (M/F)** **CDI** **Your Mission**: BGL BNP Paribas Compliance ECPM (Ethique Commerciale, Professionnelle & Marchés) is currently looking for a Head of Market Integrity to join the team and to take the responsibility the Compliance Market Integrity team. **Your Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to Compliance Market Integrity with diverse responsibilities (not limited to): - Managing position with supervision of operational activities under responsibility and oversight of outsourced activities - Advisor on Market Integrity topics by answering business lines questions, giving Compliance opinions on new products, activities, specific transactions - Responsible for the Market Integrity framework and for the implementation of Market integrity initiatives / projects / tools to comply with Market Integrity regulations, in coordination with Market Integrity Domain (Group) - Responsible for identifying risks and escalating them to the Bank’s Comex / Board - Liaise with numerous stakeholders within the bank and worldwide to enable the bank to fulfill regulatory requirements - Responsible for deploying controls and key risk indicators - Responsible for employees / businesses awareness on market integrity rules - Management and backup for Control Room activities, including registration and oversight of projects, follow-up on breaches and support the business as point of contact **Advantages of the position**: - You will develop a strong knowledge of Compliance processes and regulations related to Market Integrity and will become the expert of the bank on Market Integrity topics - You will become a key player for business lines activities development - You will gain a strong network within the bank and more widely within BNP Paribas Group **Working environment**: - You will be part of Compliance ECPM Team covering 3 Compliance Domains: Market Integrity, Protection of clients’ interests (PIC) and Professional Ethics (PE). - You will be responsible for a team of Compliance Officers dedicated to Market Integrity. - You will have interactions with: - The BGL BNP Paribas Compliance Management Team - The other managers within Compliance ECPM: Head of Compliance ECPM, Head of Compliance PIC and Head of Compliance PE - with business lines (management and employees) - your peers in the Group in other countries - internal / external providers. **Your profile**: **Education**: Master 2 Business, banking or finance related studies **Work Experience**: Multiple years of professional experience in a compliance/risk/audit function or similar.
