What we are looking for:
We are searching for our next Investment Delegation Oversight Analyst in our Performance Measurement / Reporting - EMEA team based in our Luxembourg office.

In this role you'll provide Investment Oversight of delegated Investment Management services and provide assurance to regulatory accountable individuals of the quality of those delegations in the context of CSSF Circular 18/698, the CBI’s CP86 and other applicable regulations.

Among your responsibilities could be also to:
- Use Investment Management industry, regulatory and organisational knowledge to support and enable regulatory accountable individuals (i.e. Investments Conducting Officers, Designated Persons, SMFs and their delegates), to complete critical review and assessment of the efficiency of delegated Investment Management activities across the Invesco group and to external third parties- Coordinate across the Investments organisation, with regulatory accountable individuals and relevant functions, including Product, Investment Risk, Investment Compliance and Services, Technology & Security (STS)- Collaborate with Investment Oversight/Performance/Risk colleagues and key partners to improve and develop Investment Oversight activities- Support accountable individuals to respond to information requests from regulators- Stay up to date with standard methodologies, industry changes and trends that may impact the team activities

You'll need to have:- Excellent understanding of Investment Management across multiple asset classes- Knowledge of Management Company regulations, such as CSSF circular 18/698, CBI’s CP86.- Good understanding of a management company activities and its regulatory framework- Excellent attention to detail- Excellent analytical, administrative and organisational skills- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work optimally as part of a cross functional team- Team orientated personality- Self-motivated with an ability to learn new skills and work on own initiative
- Strong skills in MS Office 2010: Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint- Proficient in English, additional language skills a German and/or French could be an advantage.
