Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager.

Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A. is composed of 5 branches (Paris, Brussels, London, Madrid, Milan) with a headquarter in Luxembourg, within which the Account Management team acts as a central deposit bank for Lombard Odier private clients’ accounts managed in other branches. The Account Management team is responsible for holding the client’s assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting with order inputting for execution only clients (XO desk).

Within the Account Management team based in Luxembourg, the Account Manager will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities- Operates as the lead point of contact for all Private Bankers of Lombard Odier Group who have accounts opened in Lombard Odier Europe SA (LOESA) but are based in other offices- Is responsible for supporting operational processes such as account onboarding, order handling and/or client reporting- Acts as interface with Luxembourg-based support functions such as Client Lifecycle Management, Compliance, Tariff team, Tax and Operations.- Manages daily requests from execution-only clients across Europe, by providing end-to-end support to the client across the entire trade process, including identity verification, trade input, and execution confirmation (XO desk)- Is responsible for local regulatory compliance and proper client files documentation according to the specific Multi-booking policy- Ensures that the Private Bankers and Private Bankers Assistants based in other Group locations are properly trained on LOESA operational processes and procedures. Involves specialists when necessary- Ensures related directives and processes are in place and provides feedback/escalation accordingly- Manages Group Accounts (i.e. Luxembourg-based services accounts used by larger Group relationships which main relationship is conducted elsewhere in the Group), including execution of transactions and contact with clients

Profile

You have a Bachelor Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Business desirable. You have basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector and also able to Work in international, matrix environments in roles with direct client interaction.

You have the inherent skills to this position:
- Client service orientation- Ability to work under tight deadlines- Organization skills, with ability to prioritize workload accordingly- Excellent communication skills- Confidence to build strong professional relationships with other teams within the company- Detailed-orientation- English and French are requested. Spanish, Italian or Dutch, would be a plus.
