Our client, an international insurance brand and a global leader in financial services, offers both life and non-life insurance products, is actively seeking a Business Analyst.
**Job description**
Your next challenge:
- Lead business analysis, propose innovative solutions
- Monitor project timeline with project manager
- Define testing strategy, ensure flawless execution, report results
- Facilitate coordination and brainstorming meetings
- Master end-to-end processes
- Support users through change, particularly training
**Profile**
- 3-5 years experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Test Management, preferably in insurance.
- Proficiency in analysis techniques (e.g., BABOK, IREB) and testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Proven experience with AGILE projects.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
