Job Description Summary: The Human Resources Project Analyst plays an important role in strengthening the HR regulatory framework for our EMEA regulated institutions. Involvement in daily project (EMEA & Global) as well supporting the HR Director PayPal Europe & Regulated entities.

**Job Description**:
The HR Professional Regulatory Entities support the HR Director Regulatory Entities in maintaining strong oversight of regulatory matters and interactions and complies with labor law requirements and submissions across all concerned countries.

The role requires to coordinate regulatory matters and ensure the organization is well responsive in regard to regulatory requirements.

**Overall responsibilities**:

- Support regulatory examinations (CSSF, FCA, ECB,) and reviews to ensure the risk organization proactively addresses regulatory requests and concerns;
- Support the HR Director Regulated entities in monitoring the identification of new regulatory and reporting requirements and oversee the implementation of appropriate actions to comply with upcoming obligations;
- Support the development of appropriate and comprehensive responses and validate the remediation plans when regulatory issues and concerns are identified;
- Producing various analysis for European boards
- Coordination & implementation of HR projects (Global & EMEA)
- Support the HR Director Regulated entities in People matters
- Support regulatory and HR audits

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- English & French Fluent

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
