Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Law – Lawyer – Law firm – Legal – Regulatory – Litigation

• You will draft, review, and negotiate real estate-related agreements such as sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), lease contracts, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and financing documents in compliance with Luxembourg law.
• You will be coordinating with international stakeholders and legal teams to manage the cross-border elements of real estate investments, particularly regarding SPVs, fund structures, or tax-efficient real estate holdings.
• You will be representing clients in real estate-related disputes, including lease disagreements, construction claims, and regulatory challenges, whether through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.
• You will provide strategic legal advice on acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential properties, including due diligence, title verification, and structuring of complex transactions.

Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Law – Lawyer – Law firm – Legal – Regulatory – Litigation

• You have between 5 and 7 years of experience as a lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, including at least 3 years of experience in real estate law.
• Being fluent in both French and English is a must.
• Even though you are an excellent team player, you are also fully autonomous and able to support your junior colleagues.
• Having experience in an international law firm will be considered a strong asset.

• You will earn a salary of up to €140,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and technical level.
