**Sr Associate Real Estate - Challenging & Prestigious Cases**

We are currently supporting a prestigious international law firm that has been established in the Luxembourg market for more than 10 years. The firm is well known for its excellent business law services, including litigation, banking and finance, corporate M&A, investment funds, and real estate law.

Despite its strong presence in the market, the Luxembourg office remains a human-scale environment with around 100 collaborators in total. **Your Responsibilities**|** Attorney - Law - Lawyer - Law firm - Legal - Regulatory - Litigation**
- You will **draft**, **review**, and **negotiate** real estate-related agreements such as sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), lease contracts, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and financing documents in compliance with Luxembourg law.
- You will be **coordinating** with international stakeholders and legal teams to manage the cross-border elements of real estate investments, particularly regarding SPVs, fund structures, or tax-efficient real estate holdings.
- You will be **representing** clients in real estate-related disputes, including lease disagreements, construction claims, and regulatory challenges, whether through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.
- You will **provide strategic legal advice** on acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential properties, including due diligence, title verification, and structuring of complex transactions.

- You have between **5 and 7** years of experience as a lawyer within a law firm in **Luxembourg**, including at least 3 years of experience in real estate law.
- Being fluent in both **French** and **English** is a must.
- Even though you are an excellent team player, you are also fully **autonomous** and able to support your junior colleagues.
- Having experience in an **international law firm** will be considered a strong asset.
