My client is a leading international law firm operating across several continents, with a presence in Luxembourg for over a decade. The Luxembourg office has steadily grown to a team of several dozen professionals and has become recognized for its expertise in corporate, tax, and real estate matters. To support continued growth in the real estate practice, the firm is creating a new position within the Luxembourg office. This role has been designed to strengthen the existing team and to meet increasing client demand in this dynamic sector.
**Your Responsibilities**|** Law - Lawyer - Legal - Attorney - Finance - Global firm**
- You will be providing **legal advice** on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- You will be **drafting** and **negotiating** contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
- You will be **supporting** both domestic and international clients, ranging from financial institutions to investors and corporate clients.
- You will be **collaborating** with colleagues in other practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- You will be **guiding** junior team members by sharing expertise and supporting their professional growth.
- It will be asking you to contribute to **business development** initiatives, including participation in client pitches and market research.

- You will be bringing at least **five years of professional experience** in real estate law, ideally gained within an international or leading local law firm.
- You will be fluent in both **French and English**; German will be considered an asset.
