We are looking for Business Analyst to strengthen our team within a prestigious EU Institutions in Luxembourg.
**Your tasks**:
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements.
Participate in evaluating and selecting IT solutions and software products aligned with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring mínimal disruption to production environments.
Work closely with business units to understand objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Contribute to solution design by assessing feasibility, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
Analyze corrections, enhancements, and evolutions of existing IT solutions.
Identify preventive maintenance needs and improvements for IT systems.
Prepare and review integration and acceptance test plans with stakeholders.
Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
Support testing activities, including creation of test datasets and validation of outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, specifications, and system changes.
Participate in the development of prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and innovative solutions for business needs.
Ensure that all development and test environments are operational and meet business requirements.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
**Your profile**:
Fluent in French & English ;
Bachelor degree in IT
Experience of minimum 3 years into a similar role ;
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PMBOK, etc.).
Experience integrating third-party solutions such as document management, case management, and identity management systems.
Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language)concepts
