**BUSINESS ANALYST**

**Contexte de la mission**

Souhaitant promouvoir la transformation de l’Epargne en Investissement, la banque lance plusieurs initiatives et projets afin de proposer à ses clients des produits et des services d’investissement de plus en plus compétitifs et performants, dans une approche combinant proximité (agences) et accessibilité à distance (Digitalisation).

Afin de l’assister sur ces projets, l’équipe Tribe Invest est actuellement à la recherche d’un Analyste fonctionnel (Business analyst) pouvant couvrir la gestion de projet dans le domaine Titres avec une forte connaissance des produits & services investissements (DPM & Advisory). la casquette Senior/multi competences BA/PM est essentielle.

Connaissance requise des différentes réglementations du secteur et de leurs évolutions (MIFID 2, SRD, PRIIPS, ESG).

**Description de la prestation**:

- Travaux d’analyse et de description des flux et des processus
- Suivi des plans d’actions.
- Réalisation de livrables du projet (Analyses et Testing fonctionnel)
- Rédaction des spécification détaillées
- Création de plans de tests
- Réalisation des tests d’intégration
- Aide à la gestion de projet
- Accompagner le changement et former les équipes opérationnelles
- Animation de workshops entre le métier et les équipes IT

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience significative en tant que Business Analyst dans un environnement Agile
- Expérience significative en gestion de projet complexe.
- Forte Maitrise des métiers de conseil en investissement( Advisory /DPM) et de leur évolutions récentes (digitalisation, automatisation).
- Connaissance des instruments financiers (titres de capital et de créance, produits dérivés, hors bilan,...) et la gestion des titres (ordres de bourse, opérations sur titres, corporate actions management, comptabilisation, référentiel titre)
- Connaissance des différentes réglementations du secteur et de leurs évolutions (MIFID 2, SRD, PRIIPS, EMIR)

**Profil et compétences génériques**
- Minima BAC+4/+5
- A mínima 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- La connaissance de l’organisation de BGL BNP Paribas et du Groupe BNP Paribas est un plus.
