**Job Summary**
We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven **Sales Manager** to join our fast-growing team at EasyBiz in Luxembourg. This is a hands-on role where you'll be on the front lines of our client acquisition efforts, playing a key part in the entire sales process. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging with new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
This position is **on-site**in **Luxembourg** and requires fluency in both **French** and **English**.
**Lead Generation & Qualification**
- Source and qualify new leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Effectively qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile.
- Manage and maintain CRM hygiene by accurately tracking and tagging all lead interactions and moving them through the sales funnel.
**Sales Execution**
- Understand market dynamics and customer needs by consistently interacting with clients.
- Maintain an active presence in the field by building and nurturing a network of partnerships and client leads.
**Process & Tool Optimization**
- Assist in defining and continuously improving sales processes and automation flows.
- Track and analyze conversion rates and other key sales metrics to identify areas for personal improvement.
- Actively test and implement improvements in the pre-call qualification flow.
**Requirements**
- **2-5 years of proven experience** in a sales or business development role, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Fluency in both **French**and **English** is required.
- Strong analytical skills with a **data-driven mindset** and comfort working with sales metrics.
- Experience with **CRM systems**, particularly HubSpot and Intercom, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-driven and resilient individual with a passion for continuous improvement.

- Your experience with CRM tools and how you use them to manage your pipeline.
- Your process for writing sales scripts and the techniques, tone, and structure you use in selling.
