**Deine Herausforderung**:

- Als Jurist/in in unserer Rechtsabteilung unterstützt du die Bank in allen rechtlichen Belangen im Verhältnis zu Kunden, anderweitigen Vertragspartnern und Behörden
- Die Erledigung der im Tagesgeschäft anfallenden Anfragen gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabengebiet wie das Verfassen von juristischen Stellungnahmen, die Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen und anderweitiger Kundendokumentation, die Umsetzung regulatorischer Projekte sowie die juristische Begleitung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Darüber hinaus koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwaltskanzleien und erstellst interne Schulungen für Mitarbeitende.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften sowie die Qualifikation zum Volljuristen und eine mindestens 3-jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung am Finanzplatz Luxemburg, bevorzugt im Banken
- oder Fondsrecht
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen aus und kannst dich selbständig, gründlich und zügig in neue Rechtsfragen und Themenfelder einarbeiten
- Unübersichtliche Sachverhalte kannst du juristisch einordnen, Problemstellungen herausarbeiten und diese auch für Nicht-Juristen verständlich vermitteln
- Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und lösungsorientiert
- Du verfügst zudem über eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl gegenüber internen als auch externen Ansprechpartnern. Neben stilsicherem Deutsch beherrschst du Englisch in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher.
