As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel of the Group and play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial activities by providing legal expertise. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Contract Management:

- Supporting various teams in the review, negotiation, and implementation of numerous commercial contracts at the Group level (both client and supplier agreements).
- Drafting and negotiating sales contracts in close collaboration with the Commercial Department, manufacturing sites, and sales teams.
- Drafting and negotiating industrial contracts related to production in close cooperation with the Purchasing Department and Operations teams.
- Commercial Disputes & Litigation:

- Managing commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters, including engagement and coordination with external legal counsel.
- Acting as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties involved in legal disputes.
- Regulatory Compliance & Legal Monitoring:

- Monitoring regulatory and case law developments to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Conducting legal analysis and guidance on upcoming regulatory changes impacting Fareva’s business activities.

Your Profile:

- Master’s degree in Law (preferably in business, commercial, or corporate law).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a first experience in a law firm preferred.
- Strong expertise in contract law, negotiation, and commercial litigation management.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
