The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Legal Counsel**
Permanent contract (F/M)
Join the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as an in-house Legal Counsel, where your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic financial environment.
**Tasks/missions**
- Provide legal advice for teams across the organisation;
- Review of contractual documentation;
- Support the General Counsel in its governance tasks;
- Produce and update internal documentation;
- Assist on corporate law questions;
- Provide support to the DPO;
- Manage intellectual property rights.
**Profile**
- Master’s degree in Law, preferably with the CCDL;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily in an in-house setting;
- Full professional proficiency in French and in English, German is an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, reliable, and pragmatic with a hands-on approach;
- Service-oriented mindset and a team player;
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize across different deadlines and topics;
- High sense of discretion and rigor;
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
