**Job Description**:
Responsable Commercial (H/F)

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l'hôtel, vous pilotez les ventes BtoB et développez le chiffre d'affaires de ces segments.

Les principales missions sont:

- Clientèle Corporate
- création d'un fichier client : démarchage, visites hôtels, participation aux salons professionnels
- Animation du fichier client : relation commerciale, suivi satisfaction
- Mise en place de contrats corpos conjointement avec le RM, négociation annuelle, amélioration de la production
- Suivi des prestations sur site : Corpo VIP
- Clientèle groupes Affaires et loisirs
- Animation du fichier client : création d'offres commerciales
- réponse aux demandes clients, contracting, suivi opérationnel, suivi débiteurs
- optimisation du remplissage de l'hôtel avec le RM et le chef de réception
- Animation d'un point commercial hebdomadaire

Cette création de poste à fort potentiel correspond à une étape intermédiaire d'une carrière prometteuse en direction d'hôtel ou direction de service commercial hôtelier.

Le profil:

- formation Bac +2
- Expérience en hôtellerie 4 étoiles
- orienté chiffres / objectifs
- capacité à convaincre, ambition professionnelle
- langues : anglais et français
- informatique : Fols et Tars
