Description des tâches
Effectuer l'analyse avec les sachants sur les outils actuels de gestion des licences et du cycle de vie du matériel utilisés par la banque
Organisation de workshops avec les sachants pour définir le processus actuel
Établir une stratégie de transformation pour adapter les process actuels de gestion de licence à l'out-of-the-box ServiceNow tout en privilégiant l'automatisation et la facilité de maintenance
Identifier les interactions du module « License » ServiceNow avec les autres modules de ServiceNow (Contracts, Asset Management, CMDB) pour couvrir tout le process
Documenter le futur process de gestion des licences et du cycle de vie du matériel dans ServiceNow. Écrire les Users-Stories (avec leurs critères d'acceptance) pour la mise en place de la gestion des licences et du cycle de vie du matériel sous ServiceNow
Définir les dashboards de suivi des licences et du cycle de vie du matériel
Faire le suivi de projet avec les parties prenantes (Développeurs, testeurs, programme manager et les utilisateurs du module License et cycle de vie du matériel) pour la mise en place du module « License » sous ServiceNow
Organiser les formations / Rédiger les procédures pour accompagner les utilisateurs à appliquer les bonnes pratiques de gestion des licences et du cycle de vie du matériel dans ServiceNow.
Profil recherché
Business Analyst spécialiste de ServiceNow
Connaissance, maîtrise et expérience du module gestion des licences ServiceNow et du cycle de vie du matériel. (Connaissance des tables de l'Asset Management : Asset License Entitlements, User License Entitlements, License Calculations et des tables de la CMDB : cmdb_software_instance, cmdb_ci_spkg
Des compétences sur les possibilités d'interactions possibles entre des outils de gestion des licences tels que SCCM et ServiceNow seraient un avantage
Compétence dans la gestion de projets (utilisation des outils tel que Project Manager).
Compétences transversales
Savoir montrer, transmettre et partager ses connaissances, ses idées et ses méthodes de travail
Agir de manière intègre, conformément aux attentes de l'organisation, respecter la confidentialité et les engagements et éviter toute forme de partialité
S'impliquer et démontrer de la volonté et de l'ambition afin de générer des résultats et assumer la responsabilité de la qualité des actions entreprises.
