At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Analyse, prioritize, and detail business concepts (related to web dissemination, data charts, data visualisations) under the shape of requirements and technical analysis.
- Identify ways to improve the charts and visualisations, with respect to web accessibility and user experience.
- Assistance during relevant parts of test plan writing, functional and technical documentation.
- Effective and clear written and oral communication with a variety of stakeholders and of different profiles
- Participation in meetings with other Commission services and onsite key meetings
- Reporting of the activities in Jira
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
- Writing functional specifications
- Production of technical documentation in English
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master+13 years of working experience
- At least 4 years analysing, prioritizing, and detailing business concepts under the shape of technical analysis.
- At least 4 years in writing clear and structured business requirements.
- Good knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of JSON and especially of JSON-STAT data format
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
- Knowledge of web accessibility
- Knowledge of user experience
- Ability to trace requirements to work items
- Utilize test management to verify and validate requirements
- Assess impact of changes
- Previous knowledge of Webtools is an advantage
- Previous knowledge in generating charts and visualisation is an advantage
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2) is required and French (B1/B2) will be an advantage
