As an **Experimented Business Analyst**within the **Digital Impulse**team, you will be a critical bridge between business objectives and technical delivery, driving high-impact digital transformation projects. You will act as a pivotal leader, combining deep analytical skills with effective stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with strategic goals. Your autonomy, expertise, and willingness to step into operational topics will be key to elevating the overall quality and productivity of our client teams.

**What you will do**
- **Requirements Management**: Elicit, document, and validate business, technical, and functional requirements across stakeholders and IT;
- **Solution Translation**: Translate complex business needs into clear backlog items, user stories, process flows, and measurable acceptance criteria;
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Conduct workshops, interviews, and detailed stakeholder analysis to accurately capture requirements; actively leading brainstorming sessions and workshops;
- **Strategic Alignment**: Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to align technical solutions with overarching strategic goals;
- **Quality & Assurance**: Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of delivered solutions, including documentation quality assurance;
- **Project Governance**: Contribute to project governance through accurate progress reporting and maintaining requirement traceability.

**Must-Have**:

- Academic background in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent and **minimum 5 years of experience**as a Business Analyst in IT/digital transformation;
- Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, process modelling, and functional documentation;
- Experience with **Agile delivery**(Scrum, Kanban) and/or structured methods (BABOK, UML, BPMN);
- Experience using collaborative tools such as **M365**(O365, SharePoint, Teams, Loop etc.), **Azure DevOps**(or alternative backlog management tool), **MS Project**(or alternative);
- Proven experience in a second specialization such as Project Management, Testing, Change Enablement, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, UX, Presales, Bid Management, or Advisory;
- **Fluent in both English and French**;
- **Who you are**:Strong communicator**and stakeholder engagement expert, structured and analytical thinker with a practical execution mindset, reliable, client-oriented, and committed to quality delivery.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, IQBBA or equivalent;
- Experience working across both private and public sector organisations;
- Familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI); Industry-specific expertise e.g., Finance (e.g., Funds, KYC, Payments), Technical (e.g., Development, Infrastructure), GRC or other sectors (Transport, Logistics).
