**Financial Services Business Analyst**

**Vos activités**-
- Effectuer une analyse des écarts, analyser les nouvelles réglementations à la lumière des précédentes et mettre en évidence les impacts chez nos clients.- Identifier et gérer les changements d'exigences et leurs implications globales, y compris la gestion et la traçabilité des exigences.- Documenter les processus existants (tels quels) ou futurs (à venir).- Créer des rapports afin de communiquer efficacement les résultats du projet.- Mettre en œuvre les recommandations approuvées en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe ou les experts internes.- Partager vos connaissances au sein de nos Practices de Transformation et représenter Avantage Reply au sein de nos événements internes et externes.

**Votr profil**
- Un Master en finance, ou en administration des affaires d’un Établissement d’Enseignement supérieur du Luxembourg ou d’un pays où Reply opère (la liste est disponible içi).
- La maîtrise professionnelle totale de l'anglais ou du français. L’italien est un atout.
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en analyse de projets dans le domaine du risque et/ou de la finance dans le secteur bancaire.
- Une connaissance du secteur bancaire, notamment de la réglementation bancaire, de la conformité, de l’ESG ou des nouvelles technologies.
- La connaissance des acteurs bancaires et du marché du conseil Luxembourgeois.
- Orienté processus, curieux, avec une appétence pour l’analyse et la formalisation.
