Role/ Department:
The purpose is to lead the function of Business Management supporting the NTGS SE COO (the “COO’) to meet the deliverables of the COO and Authorised Manager of Northern Trust Global Services SE (the “Bank”).

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Oversee the effectiveness of the NTGS SE governance framework and liaise with the EMEA CAO in relation to governance ofthe EU Bank
- Preparation of COO for key governance meetings, committee presentations, and external regulatory meetings (CSSF or any other EU or US regulator, as applicable).
- Participate in the setting of strategic objectives for the primary business line (GFS Luxembourg) and oversee effectiveness of governance framework.
- Co-ordination, production and oversight over legal entity reporting
- Attendance at key governance groups - e.g. ExCo, MRC, OOCC, NPAC and GFS Luxembourg Leadership Forum.
- Lead and/or monitor strategic projects (including change projects) requiring coordination across multiple functions and/or multiple jurisdictions.
