Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead and motivate Fund Administration team based in Luxembourg, ensuring each team member is aligned to the client service and system focus of the OGL strategy
- Monitor the control framework, policies and procedures for all elements of the Luxembourg fund administration business: Ensure these policies and procedures are compliant with Luxembourg regulations
- Implement and monitor defined KPIs/SLAs/Agreements to efficiently monitor the outsourced activities to other jurisdictions
- Be ultimately responsible for the timeliness and accuracy on all matters relating to Fund Administration for Luxembourg domiciled funds and working closely with all OGL offices to work collaboratively together on all outsourcing matters
- Review client work that is outsourced to other jurisdictions and oversee operations to ensure services are delivered in a consistent, well controlled and robust manner
- Resolve complex issues pertinent to the funds under administration, including complex rebalance and equalizations, consolidations for structures with multiple reporting currencies produced under divergent reporting standards and produce carry models in accordance with treatments specified in the LPAs
- Ensure timely provision of all deliverables to clients and other third parties
- Develop strong relationships with all relevant Partners and the wider OGL team
- Work closely with the Authorised Management in Luxembourg to ensure they fulfil all the required roles and responsibilities
- Help manage excellent financial health of the service line, staff resources, time recoding, billing and collection
- Enter and/or approve bank payments
- Following set up phase, contribute to the development and implementation of client development strategy in conjunction with the Ogier Legal
- Regular review of changing market requirements and service levels, and implement changes to strategy accordingly
- Reinforce the Group Vision and the use of lean management/continuous improvement tools to support sustainable, incremental business improvements
- Support the identification and implementation of technology to underpin delivery of the 'Ogier standard' of client service including the core system and utilising existing technology such as client portals, automated documentation and e-signatures
- Drive an 'Ogier Best Way' ethos across the support team through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency

**Business development and sales responsibilities**
- Drive business development activity for fund administration for Luxembourg domiciled funds
- Create industry, local and regional, awareness of Ogier Fund Administration capabilities and skills
- Undertake necessary business development trips and meetings to generate new business, both individually and in coordination with the Ogier Partners / Directors
- For any sales / quote meetings, be comfortable to pitch and represent all service lines (including Fund Administration) and lead negotiation of fees across multiple service lines to ensure we increase the likelihood of winning clients and maximise revenue/profits
- Continual market review to identify potential new service offerings/jurisdictions and working with the relevant service line heads to implement
- Work closely with the other Department Heads to expand the OGL offering

**Client relationship management responsibilities**
- Work in tandem with all service lines to ensure high levels of current and future service, client satisfaction and a reference-able client base
- Be the escalation point for all operational issues and requirements including service delivery, service review meetings and account opening for Fund Administration in Europe
- Capture, advocate and drive service improvement opportunities and prioritise change management agendas across the service line
- Setting the “tone from the top” in terms of compliance culture, ethics and professional behaviour
- Reporting to the Luxembourg board of directors on the business operational risk

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Be extremely knowledgeable and have substantial experience working on Luxembourg domiciled funds
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA qualification
- Minimum of 7 years relevant accounting or audit experience with a mix of Big Four public accounting and fund administration industry experience
