**Job description**:

- Plan and organize key marketing events and initiatives for corporate banking business.
- Develop and allocate KPIs for corporate banking business line within the institution, and monitor the achieving progress of involved teams and cross-border branches.
- Draft policies and procedures, and monitor the implementation progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Head Office and cross-border branches.
- Analyze and report on corporate banking business performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute corporate banking business line’s input for internal control and reporting purpose.
- Provide business line support for corporate banking business.
- Prepare business meetings as required by management or the department.
- Manage administrative duties for the department and corporate banking business line.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

**Desired profile**:

- 3 years of experience, preferably with relevant banking experience and knowledge in corporate banking area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of corporate banking and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese mandatory, Mandarin and other languages are also considered an asset.
